Do they allow dogs in the outdoor seating?
Yes they allow dogs in the outdoor seating but I've only ever taken my mild tempered 20 lb dog there, if not trained I wouldn't suggest it since the dining room is open directly to the open seating. They do offer water bowls to passing pups too.
What's your best item on the menu?
For appetizer, any of the Okonomiyaki (I like the house version). For entree, it's hard to beat the Hapa Ramen.
Are the ramen noodles house made
I don't think so, but their broth and ingredients are great.
Is this place open for lunch and family friendly?
Yes !
How fertilized is fertilized egg? Like are we talking days from hatching, halfway through, or just a dot?

Wow, this place has amazing food very fresh and local We are a long, leisurely Saturday lunch and never felt rushed. We loved it. Wonderful atmosphere

A lovely restauraunt. We chose the tasting menu 4 small courses and what a treat! We now know why it's so difficult to get a reservation.
