Wow, this place has amazing food very fresh and local We are a long, leisurely Saturday lunch and never felt rushed. We loved it. Wonderful atmosphere

Yes they allow dogs in the outdoor seating but I've only ever taken my mild tempered 20 lb dog there, if not trained I wouldn't suggest it since the dining room is open directly to the open seating. They do offer water bowls to passing pups too.

For appetizer, any of the Okonomiyaki (I like the house version). For entree, it's hard to beat the Hapa Ramen.
